Can I call you and place my order over the telephone?

Unfortunately we are not set up to take payments over the phone, fax or by mail. For accounting purposes and to better serve the majority of our customers, all orders must go through our online shopping cart.

How are the cards packaged?

To ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition each card is individually packaged in a sealed, clear envelope and includes an envelope for mailing.

Will the cards I receive look exactly the same as the photos on the website?

The color of the card or charm may vary, but the cards will always be adorable! If you need the card exactly as it appears on the website, please email us to be sure it is available before ordering. Some charms are available in limited quantities, so if you see one you like don't dilly dally - order quickly!

What are the shipping charges?

We ship via USPS and shipping is always free. In addition, for every ten cards you order you will receive one card (our choice) absolutely free!
